Yolanda Lokey

Yolanda Lokey, 82, a long time resident of Ridgefield, CT passed away peacefully on March 20, 2015 in Bozeman, MT. Yolanda was born February 23, 1933 in Kingston, NY to Thomas and Fannie Perry Turck. Yolanda was preceded in death by her husband Charles Lokey. She is survived by two sons; Charles Lokey and his wife Vanessa of Bozeman, Montana, Mark and his wife Stacey of Newtown; and four Grandchildren, whom she loved dearly, Lily, James, Matthew and William. In addition, her sisters, brothers, nieces and nephews also survive Mrs. Lokey. She was a 1950 graduate of Kingston High School. In her 20's she began her career as a flight attendant for TWA in 1959. She had a long career with the airlines where she flew both domestic and international trips and retired in 1992. Yolanda loved to read, cook, travel, play cards and golf. What brought Yolanda the most joy and happiness were her four grandchildren. We will miss you Mom (otherwise known as 'Mimi' by her grandchildren). A private celebration of Yolanda's life will be held at a future date.
