In the very early hours of April 24th, 2016, surrounded by love and light, William “Bill” Holler lost his battle with cancer.
The first born son of William Holler and Irene Jerome, Bill entered this world on the cold morning of January 31st, 1950.
After graduating from Park High School in Livingston, Montana in 1967, Bill enlisted in the United States Army and was stationed at Ft. Lewis Army Base just south of Tacoma, Washington.
He was truly a "jack of all trades”. More clearly, Bill was a laborer and loved working with his hands. Apparently he was very good at it, according to his ex-wives.
He had many hobbies: fishing, hunting, wood carving, loving, to name a few. The latter being his most prolific, gifted him six children, eight grandchildren, and two great grandchildren, most whom will forever know him as "Papa".
Bill is preceded in death by his father, William Holler, his sister Phyllis Ann, his mother Irene Jerome and brother Alvin Kuhn.
Bill is survived by his children, William Holler and wife Marie, Buffy Holler and husband Anthony Van Dine, Brandy Holler and husband Enrique, Buck Holler and wife Amanda, BoDean Holler, and Nicole Holler.
His siblings, Iris Holler and her husband Roy Jerome, Alberta Holler and husband Jeff Manly, Marvin Holler, and Janice Kahn and husband Michael Rehman.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes that donations be made in his name to the Cancer Research Institute or to Heart of the Valley Animal Shelter in Bozeman, Montana.
