Wendy Coral Looper

October 13, 1959 — July 15, 2017

Wendy Coral Looper was called home July 15th, 2017. Wendy was born on October 13th, 1959 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to John and Coral (Collman) Holland. She moved to Bozeman, MT in 1963 where she was raised and educated. She grew up snow skiing, camping, and water skiing. She married Brent Looper in 1979. From this union, they had two beautiful daughters who were the joy of Wendy's life as well as the biggest pain in her butt, but she loved them anyway.

Wendy enjoyed camping, collections of nature's animals, all thing Disney, country music, and playing pool. She even qualified twice for the VNEA World Pool Championships in Las Vegas.

Wendy is preceded in death by her mother Coral Holland and niece Reylin Ryan and her dog Cinnamon. Survivors include her daughters Laura Myrstol of Belgrade, MT and Sarah Terry of Belgrade, MT; father John (Carol) Holland of Prescott, AZ; grandchildren Easton Myrstol, Kaydence Myrstol, Aspen Looper, Alexis Terry, Breyden Looper, and Carlee Looper all of Belgrade, MT; brothers and sisters Randy Holland of Whitefish, MT, Ricky (Carrie) Holland of Bozeman, MT, John (Carrie) Holland of Billings, MT, Regi (Wade) Johnson of Manhattan, MT, Cassie (Roger) Brandenburger of Lincoln, MT, Stuart (Michelle) Holland of Valier, MT, and Darcy (Charlie) Schulz of Whitefish, MT; and numerous nieces and nephews (you know who I'm talking about).

Wendy has faced many challenges in life with fierce determination; from raising her daughters as a single mother, to helping to raise her grandchildren, to facing many health problems that led to numerous surgeries, and finally three rounds of cancer. She fought a valiant fight. Finally God said "lay your weapons down Wendy and come home," so she did. A Celebration of Wendy's Life will be held at Peace Lutheran Church located at 203 Jackrabbit Lane in Belgrade, MT on August 5th at 2:30 p.m.
