Timothy T.J. Sommers

Timothy “T. J.” Sommers Jr., 28, of Bozeman, passed away Thursday, February 15, 2018 in car accident on his way to work in Grass Range, MT.



He was born January 8th ,1990 in Memphis to Tracy Marie Roscoe and Timothy Robert Sommers Sr. During his life he lived in Florida and Michigan and moved to Montana with his father when he was 16. Montana was a fresh new start for TJ, and he took full advantage of all this great state had to offer. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, motor cross, boating and several attempts at skiing. He started his career as a carpenter at the age of 16 with our family business and spent the last four years working with Dick Anderson Construction. His greatest joy were his children.

Survivors include his daughter Khloe, his son Hunter, his father and step mother Timothy and Susan Sommers of Kalispell, MT. His mother Tracy Roscoe of Oxford, MS. His four brothers Jacob Sommers, Brad Welch, Kenny Welch, Michael Welch of Belgrade, MT and one sister Brittany Barlow of Davison, MI. 9 cousins and many more family members. TJ will be sorely missed by all.

Visitation will be held 2:00 PM Sunday, February 18, at Dahl Funeral and Cremation Service Tribute Center, a celebration of life ceremony will start at 2:30 PM also at Dahl’s.
