Robert William #8220;Max#8221; Dugan, 44, of Bozeman passed away on Tuesday, August 18, 2009 in Peculiar, Missoura. Max was born March 23, 1965 in Flagstaff, Arizona to George #8220;Mike#8221; and Valerie (Miller) Dugan. He attended school in Tucson, Arizona and graduated from Canyon Del Oro High School in 1983. Upon graduation, Max joined the United States Navy, where he received training in Basic Electronics and Electricity, Meteorology, and Microwave and Digital Communication. He later worked for Mobile Communication Paging, Verizon Wireless, and most currently at Stricker Cato Murphy Architects. He was active in the Boy Scouts of America and enjoyed motorcycles, RC helicopters, guns, horseshoeing, rocketry, and reading of all genres. Survivors include his mother, Valerie; siblings, Brian Keith Dugan of Belgrade, MT, Jennifer Michelle Tingey of Rathdrum, ID, and Patricia Kathleen Gagnon of Las Vegas, NV. He was preceded in death by his father, George Robert Michael Dugan; grandfather, Albert William #8220;Bill#8221; Dugan; and grandmother, Roberta Myra (Maurel) Dugan. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, August 27, 2009 at Sunset Hills Cemetery. Friends and family are encouraged to meet at 10:45 am at Dahl Funeral Chapel to process to the cemetery.
