Michael Duane Temple

Michael D. Temple, born January 16, 1949, died August 8, 2012 after losing his battle with cancer. He was born in Alton IL, and moved to Laurel, MT as a child. He was preceded in death by his mother, Alice Louise Temple of Laurel and his wife of more than 20 years, Frankie Temple. He is survived by: his five wonderful children, Nathan (Danielle) Temple of Laurel, Kassie (Spencer) Temple of Billings, Jill (Shaw) Temple of California, Rhandi (Anthony) Temple of California, and Lyndsey Temple of Three Forks; his father Duane Temple of Laurel; 2 brothers, Jim Temple of Greybull, WY and Joe Temple of Billings; 3 sisters, Shirley Stanton, of Illinois, Sherri Greenwalt of Park City, and Rita Hankinson of Laurel; and 10 grandchildren. Mike was a wonderful father, son, brother, grandpa, and friend to all he knew. He was a proud father and stood behind his kids in everything they did. He was a journeyman lineman for over 30 years, and loved every minute of it. It allowed him to travel and see a lot of the country and Jamaica. Mike loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, golfing, and spending time with his family was very important to him. Mike lived life to the fullest. His services will be held at Smith's Funeral Chapel in Laurel, MT on Monday August 13, 2012 at 10a.m.
