Maria "Mia" Anne Browning

Maria “Mia” Anne Browning, age 5, passed away on August 1, 2023, at Bozeman Deaconess Hospital in Bozeman, MT. Maria was born on February 2, 2018, to parents Sally Browning and Sawyer Browning, and sister to Emma Browning.

Maria was an energetic, free-spirited little girl who loved her family, dirt bike, her kitten Baby, and their funny farm of animals. She was a child full of wonder and curiosity with the tenacity to go with her ever-vibrant personality. Maria loved to pick flowers and chase butterflies around their home in Belgrade, MT. She would go off-roading with her friends and family on her dirt bike, sit with her father on his dirt bike, her mother on her four-wheeler, or sit in her Uncle Chancey Poophead's (as she called him) side-by-side. Her love for the outdoors was so great it was hard to get her to come inside. She loved camping with her family and exploring nature.

Maria loved her beef jerky and pizza with grapes. She loved drawing and painting and doing crafts with her family.

Maria was preceded in death by Jaxon Lee Asay (Cousin). Maria is survived by her parents Sawyer Browning (Father), Sally Browning (Mother), Emma Browning (Sister), Sally Skinner (Great-Grandma), Dallas Skinner (Papa), Howdy Browning (Grandpa), Alean Skinner (Nene), Zada Browning (Grandma), Mathurin Skinner (Uncle), Bill Hamilton (Uncle), Pearl Asay (Aunt), Richard Asay (Uncle), Jeremiah Browning (Uncle), Lindsay Asay (Niece), Jorden Asay (Niece), Rylee Asay (Niece), Tommylee Asay (Nephew), Levi Skinner (Cousin).

Maria’s Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, August 9, 2023, at 10:00 a.m., at Calvary Chapel, 2270 Boot Hill Court, Bozeman, MT. The family asks that those attending wear bright colors to honor Maria’s favorite color: The Rainbow.
