Lois M. Johnson, 76, of Bozeman passed away Monday, June 14, 2010. Lois was born on August 4, 1933 in Logan, Utah to Dysart and Elvera (Gowen) Peterson. She attended elementary school in Butte and Bozeman and high school in Great Falls. She was a student at Utah State University and Montana State University. On April 7, 1953, Lois married Dewey Johnson in Great Falls. They had two children, Julie and Steve. Lois was employed by School District #7 for 29 years. She loved to read, enjoyed scrapbooks, and making family history photo albums. She also enjoyed bowling, spending time with her family, friends and her special grandson, Kyle Johnson. Lois was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her husband, Dewey; children, Julie Kay (Mike) Johnson and Steve Todd Johnson; brother-in-law and sisters-in-law, Jack and Bev Foust and Ali Wierda; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Services are pending.
