Logan Scott Ebersole

Logan “Rodie” Scott Ebersole passed away on Saturday, October 28, 2023. He was born on November 25, 1989, in Carlisle Hospital and grew up in Newville, PA before moving west to Eden, UT and eventually Bozeman, MT. Logan was preceded in death by his mother, Heidi E. Ebersole and grandfather, Ronald E. Barrick. He is survived by his fiancé, Rachel Hess; his father, Jeffrey (Debra) Ebersole; his maternal grandmother, Neva Barrick; his paternal grandparents, Richard (Ruby) Ebersole; his two brothers, Corey (Shannon) Ebersole and Kyle (Stephanie) Ebersole. Logan was a wonderful uncle to his niece, Lennon Ebersole and his nephews, Solomon, River, and Kellen Ebersole. He quickly became part of his fiancé’s family (Kate Tshudy, Jim, Emily and Aubree Hess) and enjoyed spending time with them in PA and MT.

Logan was a successful, self-employed stone mason and did the majority of his work in Big Sky, MT. Logan loved to spend time camping and being on the river with Rachel and their dog Ellie. He was an avid hunter, fisherman and hiker. Logan had an amazing group of friends in Bozeman and Utah. They became his family away from home. He also maintained strong relationships with his friends in Newville and spent any time he had home with them. In addition to his friends, Logan had a special bond with his two brothers, Corey and Kyle. He will forever be remembered for his warm personality and his gift of always making people feel welcome. A Celebration of Life gathering will be held at a later date.
