Linda Ann (Heilman) Davis, 55, of Bozeman, passed away February 3rd, 2010 surrounded by family. She was born October 7, 1954 in Hoven, South Dakota to Francis and Otillia (Imberi) Heilman Sr. Linda graduated from Bowdle High School, South Dakota in 1973. She married and later divorced Dean Turner. She then married Phillip Davis Sr on April 1, 1979 in Bozeman, Montana. She worked as a cook, seamstress, baker, and bartender. Linda also worked at Gallatin Laundry and at the time of her death she was working for Insty Prints. Linda was a Jill of all Trades. She was a member and a two time president of the Eagles Aerie 326 Auxiliary. She was also a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, where she proudly carried the American flag for the Sweet Pea Parade for many years. She loved to bowl, knit, crochet, bake, and puzzles. She also raised money for charitable causes, loved her grandchildren, and cared for many animals. Linda was preceded in death by her mother; Otillia Heilman, two grand-nephews, and dog, Bounce. She is survived by her husband; Phillip Davis Sr, sons; Bart (Sarah) Turner, Dale (Cassie) Turner, and Phillip (Kate) Davis Jr., grandchildren; TJ Johnson, Claire and Dean Turner, and Dawson Davis, brothers and sisters; Rose (Ray) Gisi, Francis (Sandy) Heilman Jr., Theresa (Don) Griese, and Mary (Rod) Larson, and her pets; Rowdy, Joey, Gizmo, and Felix. There will be a Memorial Service at 10:00AM Saturday, February 6th at Dahl Funeral Chapel followed by a reception at the Eagles Club, 316 East Main Street.
