Keyth Pierzina

January 24, 1927 — April 30, 2011

Keyth Alwyn Pierzina of Belgrade, Montana passed away peacefully on April 30, 2011 at the age of 84, with his family at his bedside. Keyth was born January 24, 1927 in Beach, North Dakota, the son of Benjamin and Mary Pierzina. He went to school entirely in Beach, was active in all sports, and graduated at the top of his class. He served our country as an Army Sergeant in the Korean War. In 1950, he married Natalie Jablonski of Wibaux, Montana and raised three children in California. He enjoyed aviation, fishing and sports. Above all else, he cherished his wife, children, grandchildren and great-grandson. Keyth is survived by his wife Natalie; son Kirk Pierzina; daughters, Kelly Samperio (husband Ed) and Beth Sawyer-Fitzpatrick; grandchildren, Shandi and Evan Pierzina, Alissa and Wesley Samperio, Brandon Sayles, Joseph Sawyer, and Donovan Fitzpatrick; and great-grandson, Alexander Sayles. Keyth was preceded in death by his mother, his father, and his son-in-law, Tim Fitzpatrick. Funeral Services will be held at the Valley of the Flowers Catholic Church on Saturday, May 7, 2011 at 11:00 am. Final interment will be at the Veteran#8217;s Cemetery in Mandan, North Dakota. Condolences may be sent to the family home, 201 W. Park Ave., Belgrade, MT 59714.
