Josette Elizabeth Geer, 40, of Bozeman, passed away March 18, 2010. She was born March 22, 1969 in Philadelphia, PA. Later she moved with her family to Grass Valley, California, where she graduated from high school. Josette moved to Montana 14 years ago. While in Bozeman she raised her daughter, attended MSU, worked as a floral designer at the Posy Patch, and was an administrative assistant for Baylis Architects and most currently a legal assistant for Dan Buckley. She met the love of her life, Zane Geer, in 1999. The two married in Las Vegas in 2002. Josette was a snowboarder and gardener. She enjoyed reading, live concerts, and movies. Josette was a caregiver, caring for her husband, daughter, three dogs and two cats. She was selfless, putting the needs of others before herself. Survivors include her husband Zane Geer and daughter Charissa #8220;Charlie#8221; Boast both of Belgrade, MT; her mother Karen Hoffman of North San Juan, CA; three brothers David Hoffman, Jordan and Jessie Schexnayder all from Sacramento, CA; step-mother Paula Denham of Sacramento, CA; and grandmother Ginny Schwartz of Belgrade. MT. A celebration of Josette#8217;s life will be 2:00 pm Saturday, March 27, 2010 at Dahl Funeral Chapel.
