Johnny Bruce Nelson

Johnny Bruce Nelson, also known as “Curley”, son of Boyd and Bonita Nelson, was born May 14, 1947 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He left this life to be with the Lord on March 27, 2013 after losing a battle with cancer. Johnny spent his early years on a farm in Oklahoma. He enjoyed mechanics and machinery, especially a backhoe. He also enjoyed the fall months participating in The Rendezvous where he was known as Little Brother, his calling being Security Officer. Johnny could hold his own on the pool table and attended a tournament in Las Vegas. The past years he did the maintenance on the family commercial rentals in Belgrade. Johnny was always good natured, laughing and would help anyone. A memorial service will be held at the LDS Church in Belgrade on Wednesday, April 3, 2013 at 2:00pm with Bishop Helgrin officiating.
