John 'Scott' Vollmer

Obituary John Scott Vollmer from Bozeman, MT passed away peacefully at Evergreen Health and Rehabilitation November 9, 2007 after a courageous fight with cancer. He was born September 4 1952 in Bozeman where he lived and worked his whole life. Scott was a dedicated employee of the Gallatin County Road Department for almost 30 years when he retired. He was a member of the American Legion (Post #14) after serving in Korea with the US Army Infantry. Scott was a loyal loving man who cared for his family in every sense. He was preceded in death by his parents Jim and Juanita Vollmer. He is survived by his daughter Cara, his grand children Brenden John Camille, his son Jason James and grandchildren Avery James Malia as well as his siblings, twin sister Viki, Terry, Sandy Marley. Scott will be loved and missed by every soul he touched, but his pain is gone and he has joined his parents in the hands of the Lord. A Celebration of Scott#8217;s life will be held 2:00 pm Wednesday, November 14, 2007 at Dahl Funeral Chapel, followed by military rites at Sunset Hills Cemetery. C
