John Michael Lang

John Micheal Lang passed away doing what he loved on August 11th, 2023. He was born November 2nd, 1954, to Roman and Margaret (Sand) Lang in Cando, ND.

John loved all of his grandchildren very much. He enjoyed woodworking and made his granddaughter Hazel’s crib, several pieces of furniture, and clocks. He had a love for vintage cars, hunting, and a deep love for his many horses over the years.

John is survived by his son, Jeremy (Amber); daughter, Jenna (Jeff); grandchildren, Hazel, Gracie, Finale, Grayson, and Owen; siblings, Kathleen (John), Tom, Jerald (Robin), and Joann (Steve); and many cousins, nieces, and nephews. He is also survived by his longtime special friend Deborah. John is preceded in death by his parents, Roman and Margaret and his brother, David.

In lieu of flowers please direct any donations to your favorite charity in John’s Memory. A Celebration of John’s Life will be held in the spring in Cando, ND, and then in the summer of 2024 in The Black Hills of South Dakota.
