Irmadel “Irma” Nevada Dun passed away March 15, 2013 surrounded by her loving family. She was born September 27, 1933 in Cumberland, Maryland to Eston and Minnie (Clark) Combs. She was raised in Cumberland and graduated from Allegheny High School. Irma met Angus Dun through mutual friends and the couple married on May 16, 1959 in Cumberland and together they raised five children: Pat, Irene, Bill, Sheryl and Dora. The couple moved to New Jersey where Irma spent her entire married life before moving to Kentucky to live with her sister and then to Bozeman in 2002 when she moved into the Legion Villa. Irma was very interested in genealogy and was a member of DAR (Daughters of the American Revolution). She enjoyed sewing, playing BINGO and Phase 10 with her friends at the Legion Villa, but most of all she loved spending time with her family and her best friend Alice Spaulding. She was very loved by everyone that had the pleasure of meeting her. Irma was preceded in death by: her parents; son Ricky Black; husband Angus Dun; brothers John and Weldon Combs; and sister Beverly Martin. She is survived by: her children Pat (Richard) Ruggieri of Coral Springs, FL, Irene (Richard) Dun of St. Augustine, Germany, Bill (Brenda) Dun of Springfield, NJ, Sheryl Dun of West Palm Beach, FL and Dora (Robert) Mengel of Belgrade, MT; grandchildren Jose Francisco De Leal and Richard De Leal, Dawn, Michael, and Jamie Ruggieri, Amanda Helmick, Will Salvia, and Anna and Sarah Haugan. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Irma’s name to the Gallatin Valley Food Bank, 602 Bond St., Bozeman, MT 59715 (www.gallatinvalleyfoodbank.org) or the Bozeman Senior Center, 807 N. Tracy Ave., Bozeman, MT 59715.
