Helen Ramsey

Helen Ramsey left this world to go to her eternal home Sunday Nov. 4, 2007. She was born in Kalispell, April 20, 1927 and attended Big Fork and Kalispell schools, graduating from Flathead County High School, class of '45. Helen and Jim Ramsey were married in Kalispell, Jan 1, 1946. She chose to be a stay-at-home Mom raising 3 sons, all born in different locations in Montana, as she followed her husband during his 39 year career with the Montana Fish and Game Department, transferring to Bozeman in 1977. Helen is survived by her husband Jim, of Bozeman; three sons, John (Susan) of Townsend, Ron of Missoula, and Leonard (Cindy) of Bozeman (presently on a mission in Tanzania); 5 grand children, 4 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Cremation has taken place and a memorial celebrating Helen's life will be held in the spring at a time and place to be announced.
