Glenda Homan Anderson, 78, of Bozeman, Montana, passed away on Oct. 13, 2017. Glenda was born on May 2, 1939 in Santa Rosa, California, to parents Charles and Lorraine RaBoin. She attended school in the Red Lodge and Billings school districts and graduated from High School in 1957. Glenda was introduced to Miles Homan and the couple married in August of 1958. Glenda and Miles spent 25 years in Lander, Wyoming, where they raised three boys; Alton, Derek, and Kevin. They moved to Livingston, Montana, as “empty nesters” and later moved to Bozeman, Montana. After Miles passed away in 1997, Glenda was remarried to Warren “Bud” Anderson, and together they shared 19 beautiful years.
Glenda enjoyed crafts. Her passion overflowed into her business, the Hobby Kit, which she owned and operated out of Lander, Wyoming, for 12 years. She could also be found teaching Sunday school, volunteering as a Cub Scouts Leader for her boys’ troops, and coaching baseball. In more recent years, she enjoyed going for walks and date nights with Bud on Friday nights at the Eagles in Bozeman.
Glenda was preceded in death by her parents Charles and Lorraine, as well as her first husband Miles. She is survived by her husband Bud Anderson of Bozeman; her three sons, Alton, Derek and his wife Denise, Kevin and his wife Susan; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
