Donald 'Bud' Counts, 56, of Belgrade, passed away March 29, 2013 at Mountain View Care Center. He was born April 28, 1956, to Don and Leona Counts. Prior to being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, Bud worked in the construction field as a heavy equipment operator and was an accomplished truck driver. In his younger years he was an avid dirt bike racer. He also loved skiing, fishing, boating and camping with family and friends. He was preceded in death by his Father, Allan Counts; Grandparents, Art and Babe Lenehan, Dorothy and Allen Counts of Souris, ND; Aunts, Connie Gimbel of North Dakota and Marvel Fanis of Seattle, WA and close friend Susan (Gabbard) Arther. Surviving him are his sons: Shane and Cory and their mother Lisa; Mother, Leona Lenehan; Brother, Terry Counts; Sister, Cindy (Wayne) Watts; Nephew, Cameron Bucher; and Niece, Desirae (Bandy), husband Conway and their children Hayden and Tori; Aunt, Eileen Tonn; cousins Bob of Missoula, MT, Craig and Suzanne of British Columbia; Uncle, Bill and Alison Counts of Belgrade, their children Darren and Jessica and numerous other aunts, uncles and cousins. A great thanks to Mr. and Mrs. Scott Cooper and all of his friends for the kindness they've shown. A memorial service will be held at Dahl Funeral Chapel, 300 Highland Blvd., Bozeman, MT on Saturday, April 6, 2013 at 3:00pm.
