Denny Black was a man on the go. Couldn#8217;t ever just do nothing. If he wasn#8217;t snowmobiling off cliffs, then he was jumping off bridges with a rope around his ankle. He was everyone#8217;s friend: Kissing their babies, fixing their fences which earned him the name of Mayor Black in some circles. He would give the shirt off his back for a friend as well as for strangers. He loved his family and friends and they cherished him. He will be missed by many. There wasn#8217;t a better friend, husband, father, son, brother or man than Denny Black. He loved life to the fullest and cherished every moment. Denny was born in Devils Lake, North Dakota on August 19, 1975 to Deb and Denver Black. His best friend was his brother Dustin, who joined him in life and death. He married Lisa Black and blessed her with a more adventurous life and two children (Abigail, 7 and Riley 10) who mirrored not only his image, but his love for adventure. He will be missed by all. A memorial service for both Denny and Dustin will be held at 1 pm Wednesday, September 29, 2010 at the Plains High School. Visitation will be at 10:00 am with a Funeral Service for Denny at 11:00, both on Saturday, October 2, 2010 at Dahl Funeral Chapel.
