Cynthia Faroldi Boyles

Cynthia Faroldi Boyles “Syndi” peacefully passed away from this life at her Bozeman, MT home on August 14, 2022. She had battled various forms of cancer for the past 35 years, most recently CLL/Leukemia.

Syndi, a New Orleans, LA native moved to Bozeman in 2004 after living in Greenwich, CT for over 20 years. In Greenwich she and her former husband, built and grew a successful textile manufacturing company. In New Orleans she was a graduate of Archbishop Chapelle High School and attended The University of New Orleans.

She was proceeded in death by her parents Joseph Faroldi, Sr. - a native of Fidenza, Italy - her mother Felicia D'Anna Faroldi, and stepmother Ruby Guidry Faroldi. She was the granddaughter of the late Rosa Bova D’Anna Olike, Paul H. D’Anna, Sr., Anthony Olike, all of New Orleans.

Syndi is survived by her children Jason D. Boyles (Patricia) of Texas, Nicole Boyles of Bozeman, MT, and dear friend Omar Shehryar of Bozeman, MT. She is also survived by her brother Joseph Faroldi, Jr. and his wife, Kitsy Adams Faroldi, along with niece Jennifer Faroldi, and nephew Josef Faroldi, and many other loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.

A memorial service is planned for a future date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Syndi’s name to the Bozeman Montana Food Bank, a cause very dear to Syndi’s heart. “No child should ever go to bed hungry,” as Syndi would often say.
