Christian Lee Ragsdale

February 18, 1976 — October 22, 2021

Christian Lee Ragsdale, 45, of Bozeman, MT passed away peacefully on October 22, 2021, of natural causes at Bozeman Health Deaconess Hospital.

Christian grew up in Ramona, CA, and was known for his humor and wit. Christian loved fishing and being outdoors, and always did his best to be there for his friends and family. There is no denying that Christian had his demons but in the end, Christian had beat those demons and was finally doing good. Even after Christian’s time had passed, his wishes were honored and through organ donation he will continue to impact many lives.

Christian is preceded in death by his parents, George and Beverly Ragsdale. He is survived by his children, CJ Keen (Amanda) of Ramona, CA and Destiny Ragsdale of Montana; siblings Chris (Charissa) Ragsdale of Pegram, TN, Denise (Mike) Kull of Ramona, CA, and Kenny Ragsdale of Chester, CA; numerous nieces and nephews; and CJ’s mom and Christian’s longtime friend Jessica Keen.

Christian was recognized by the staff and patients at Bozeman Health Deaconess Hospital on October 26, 2021, prior to his selfless organ donation. He will then be transported back home to California, where a celebration of life will be planned for friends and family to come together and remember the unique spirit and never-ending humor that made Christian unforgettable.

As Walt Disney once said, “Growing old is mandatory, but growing up is optional.” And if you knew Christian, you knew that growing up was not on his to-do list, little did we know that growing old wasn’t either.
