Cheryl Ann Ott, 68, of Manhattan, MT passed away on August 27, 2023, with her loving family by her side. Cremation has been entrusted to Dahl Funeral & Cremation Service. No services are planned at her request.
Cheryl was born in Deer Lodge on July 7, 1955, to Duane and Helen (Beck) Hallingstad. She was raised there and graduated from Deer Lodge High School. She had plans on becoming a teacher and finished a few years of school before meeting the love of her life, William L. Ott. The two were married on December 6, 1975, and went on to raise a family. During this period, Cheryl became part owner of Country Pickins. She successfully ran the business for 16 years.
Cheryl will be remembered for her cooking, baking, crafts and love of quilts and antiques. She will be missed by all the lives she touched but especially her husband, William Ott, and sons, Eric Ott, and Nick Ott.
