Carol Evelyn Hendrick LeRoux, 64, of Boulder, Montana, passed away in an auto accident on October 10, 2011. She was born December 7, 1946 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada to Gordon John #8220;Jack#8221; and Mary (McKay) Hendrick. Her family moved to Los Angeles when Carol was 7, she was raised and educated in Southern California, graduating from Covina High School. She married Eldon Thomas in 1965 and they settled in Basin, Montana in 1971. The couple later divorced, and Carol made her home in Boulder, Montana in 1981. She married Larry LeRoux, the couple later divorced. During her life, Carol worked at the United States Post Office in Basin, MT and at the Montana Developmental Center in the Print Shop. Carol was a member of Capitol Carriages Antique Car Club and the Boulder Senior Center. She loved Montana, and especially loved being outdoors. Carol was preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law John and Janel Thomas; 3 granddaughters: Sela, Olivia and Mallory all of Rocklin, CA; her sister Donna Reimer of Escondido, CA; brothers Gordon (Vicky) Hendrick of Superior, MT, Bill Rollins of Boulder, MT, and Michael Hendrick of Upland, CA as well as numerous nieces and nephews. A celebration of Carol#8217;s life will be held 3 pm, Saturday, October 15, 2011 at St. Catherine#8217;s Catholic Community Center in Boulder, MT.
