Robert #8220;Bob#8221; Allen Kerney, 43, of Belgrade, Montana passed away April 19, 2009 doing what he loved most, riding his motorcycle. He was born on June 24, 1965 in Long Beach, California, the son of Don and Betty (Erickson) Kerney. He grew up in Spokane, Washington, and graduated from high school in Salem, Oregon. Bob was a chef in Spokane, then worked as an Iron Worker in Spokane and later in Bozeman, Montana. He was most recently employed by Gallatin Asphalt for the last five years. His passions were hunting, fishing, music, and motorcycles. He played the bongo drums and guitar on the worship team at his church. Bob was preceded in death by his parents and his aunt Sue. Survivors include his wife, Michelle; children, Christopher Thompson, Michael Bradford, Sarina Kerney and Dustin Kerney; step-children, James Hill and Haleigh Hill; grandchildren, Patrick Kerney and Bryce Smith; brothers, Rick, Wayne, and Don; and sisters Darla and Donna Sue, as well as his huge extended family, the Seavey's, and Darla Larson. A Memorial Service will be held at 7:00 pm on Wednesday, April 22, 2009 at Foothills Fellowship.
