Barbara Jean (Jamieson) Sundeen, 73, passed peacefully on April 3, 2010 at her home in Bozeman, Montana. Barb, also known as Jamie to her friends, was born January 15, 1937 to Harold and Margaret (Borst) Jamieson in Moline, Illinois. Barb was a graduate of Moline High School in 1955. In 1963, Barb married Frank T. Sundeen, originally of Orion, Illinois. They settled in Moline, Illinois and raised their 2 children, Curtis Jay (Kristina) of Big Sky, Montana and Cathryn Marie (Adam Hubel) of Missoula, Montana. After retiring, Barb and Frank sacrificed many great friendships in Moline to follow their children to the northern Rocky Mountains where they settled in Bozeman. In Moline, Barb enjoyed volunteering during the Quad City Open and the John Deere Classic for 25 years. In Bozeman, she was a member of the Gallatin Empire Garden Club of Bozeman, Gallatin Valley New Comers and Bozeman Senior Center. Barb was a loving and caring daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. She loved gardening, sewing, golf, travel and camping, but especially loved spending time with her family and friends. Barb is survived by her husband, children, granddaughters, Emma and Lila, Big Sky, sister, Judy McSparin (Denny), Marshall, MO, brother, Bill Jamieson, Moline, nephews, Alan (Terry), Kansas City, MO, Patrick (Sara), Kansas City, MO, and Brett (Lisa) McSparin, Blue Springs, MO and great nephews and nieces, Tyler, Dan, Grant, Brenna and Quinn. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Ted and Richard. A celebration of Barb#8217;s life will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, April 7, 2010 at Dahl Funeral Chapel in Bozeman.
