Barbara Still

Barbara Still, 57, of Bozeman, passed away due to injuries sustained in a car accident on March 15, 2008. She was born in Missoula on January 21, 1951 to Harry and Margaret (McKay) Butler. At the age of 12, she moved to Minnesota to be with her sister when their mother passed away. She graduated from high school in Burnsville, Minnesota. After graduation, she attended St. Paul Tech. Barb met Daniel Guy Still and they were married in 1972 at Minneapolis Unity Church. She enjoyed working in collections, including at Target for 17 years. She was also an usher at Orchestra Hall in Minneapolis, MN. She was an active member of Unity Church, where she was a Sunday school teacher. She was also a member of the Gallatin Empire Lions Club. Barb was an extremely dedicated wife and mother. She and Dan made an amazing and inseparable team. She enjoyed fishing with her family, and cooking, which she did previously and Dan later took on. She was always full of good advice, and told her daughter to always follow her heart. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Dan; and her grandson Wesley. Survivors include her children Margaret Still of Tucson, AZ, Guy Daniel Still and Mary (Still) Braziel, both of Minneapolis; and granddaughter Barbie Still of Bozeman; her mother-in-law Donna Cant of Zephyrhills, Florida A celebration of the lives of Dan, Barb and Wesley will be held at Dahl Funeral Chapel at 4:00 pm, Friday, March 21, 2008 In lieu of flowers please send donations to the Still Family Benefit Fund, 208 E.
