Annice Booth was born on May 28, 1920. She made her transition in Bozeman on April 6, 2011. Annice attended the University of California in Berkeley and studied Latin and French. On May 30, 1940 she married Lester Booth and they had a son Lawrence William Booth (Larry) born April 28, 1943. In addition to raising her son, Annice helped her husband to manage a successful photography studio in Hayward, California from 1958 to 1969. Annice and Lester divorced in 1978. She has been a long time devotee of the spiritual path and a member of The Summit Lighthouse since October 1966. She regularly attended conferences and seminars. She joined the staff of The Summit Lighthouse on March 31, 1969, shortly after a personal invitation by Mark Prophet. She was a long time friend of the messengers Mark and Elizabeth Prophet and traveled with them to Europe in 1968, India in 1970 and the Holy Land in 1972. She later traveled to South America with Elizabeth in 1973 and India again in 1980. Annice served continuously for the organization since 1969 and loved every minute of her life on staff. She became an ordained minister of Church Universal and Triumphant in 1974. Under the direction of Mrs. Prophet, Annice ministered to a worldwide movement from 1978 to 1982 through the Office of the National Coordinator and later the Office of Ministry. She was a long standing faculty member of Summit University, served on the Board of Directors of the Church and managed numerous Teaching Centers. She moved to the Royal Teton Ranch in March of 1989 and although she #8220;retired#8221; at the age of 75 in 1995, she did not stay inactive long. She was a prolific author, writing three books of her own (The Path to Your Ascension, Memories of Mark and Secrets of Prosperity). As managing editor for The Summit Lighthouse Library, she published many more books in her golden years. Annice loved living in Paradise Valley. Later she had several strokes and moved to Spring Meadows in Bozeman to be with her friends there. She is survived by her son Larry Booth and his wife Kathi. Annice also had 3 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren. She will be cherished for her devotion, endurance and spiritual wisdom as well as her direct and forthright nature. Annice holds a special place in our hearts and is a part of the living history and fabric of The Summit Lighthouse and Church Universal and Triumphant. The Cremation Service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 9 at Dahl Funeral Home in Bozeman, Montana. The Memorial Service will take place in the evening on Good Friday at the Royal Teton Ranch Chapel at Corwin Springs during the 2011 Easter Conference.
