Aaron Lee Lehman

July 23, 1960 — August 19, 2017

Aaron Lee Lehman was born July 23, 1960, and he was suddenly and tragically taken from us on August 19, 2017, as a result of complications during surgery. Aaron was born to Willie Bell (Connie) and Boid Lehman Jr at Bozeman Deaconess Hospital. After completing his High School education in Bozeman, Aaron joined the US Army as a Military Policeman, he was stationed in Germany, but served multiple tours overseas. He met the love of his life in Germany, Angie Metz. He loved her children Alex and Tanja and cared for them as his own. Aaron and Angie were married on April 18, 1986 in Giesen Germany. They welcomed their baby girl, Sandy, a short time later, and she stole her parent’s hearts from day one. After leaving the Army, Aaron worked in war torn Bosnia helping to establish stability after its civil war. Upon learning of the death of his mother, Aaron returned home to Bozeman with his new family to reestablish himself back into the community that he loved. He became a valued member of the Belgrade Police Department and has worked there for the past nine and a half years. Aaron was a devoted family man and always put his wife and daughter first. Beloved husband, father, son, brother and co-worker, he is, and will be missed. Aaron was preceded in death by his father Boid, his mother Willie Bell (Connie), his younger brother Dale and his step-brother Alvin Kuhn. Aaron is survived by his wife Angie, their daughter Sandy, his step-son Alex Lovrekovic and his son Damien, step-daughter Tanja Burke (Paul) and their daughters Nicole and Danielle, his two older brothers, Boid Charlies Lehman of Carmichael, CA and Ken Lehman of Tacoma, WA, his step-father Richard Kuhn of Billings, MT and step-sister Janice Kuhn of Bozeman, MT.
